Delivery Policies

This delivery policy is for Gourmet to Go orders only, orderable through this site.  Please call 336 274 0499 for delivery information for gourmet catering and sandwich delivery.  If you would like your items delivered, you must order through the site by 6am Monday for that week.  If you did not get your order in on time, please call 336 274 0499 to order, as we usually make some extra meals just in case!

We currently deliver to the area surrounding Greensboro, NC only.  Please see the applicable areas and charges for each below.

Packaging & Delivery 

All our items come in plastic containers or vacuum sealed containers ready to refrigerate or freeze.  Instructions for reheating & food preservation are included on each meal.
All meals will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 2 and 6 pm by a Reto’s Home Cuisine driver.  Please indicate which day and 2 hour time window you would like for us to deliver your Gourmet to Go meals in the appropriate area in the checkout process.  If you are not at home at the time of delivery during the specified window, you will receive a delivery attempt notification from our driver.  Your meals will then be available for pick up at our pick up location (link to contact us page).  If you will be unable to pick up the meals, please call 336 274 0499 to arrange for an alternate pick up time.  Additional fees may apply for another delivery.

Damaged Items, Refund and Exchange Policy

If you receive any food that you feel is damaged, spoiled or is any way unsatisfactory, please submit an email to us detailing the condition of the item.  Any damage claims must be reported to Home Cuisine no later than 48 hours after pick up or delivery.  For this reason, we suggest that you inspect your selections at the time you receive them.

Home Cuisine does not offer refunds on perishable items. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, please send us an email and we will respond promptly.  It is likely that we will be able to offer a replacement food item or item that is similar.
